Domestic Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your BeEverything purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.
General Return Guidelines:
- Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit.
- Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of the return label being created; otherwise, it will expire.
- The return shipping fee for domestic returns is $6, which will be deducted from your refund. However, if you choose store credit, this fee will be waived.
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Additional Return Information:
- Products must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and liners attached.
- We kindly ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase.
- Returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria may be refused.
- Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
- If your order was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the gift card.
- Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and may result in processing delays.
International Returns:
- We also accept international returns; however, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return:
Domestic Returns:
- Follow the steps to request your return.
- Include the original order packing slip in your return package.
- Once your return is created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
- Drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location using the provided label.
International Returns:
- Initiate your return through the portal.
- A pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please note that this label expires within 14 days of issue if unused.
- Using the provided label, book a collection or visit your nearest DHL or UPS drop-off point to send your items back to us.
- Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Refer to the international shipping & returns table on our website for country-specific return fees.
Self-Postage Returns:
- If you prefer to use a shipper of your choice at your expense, please initiate your return through our Support Portal. A returns slip will be emailed to you. We recommend insuring your package and providing us with the tracking number after shipment.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it's accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, we will process your refund and apply it to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
When returns are processed for store credit, a BeEverything gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us. It will be sent to the email used for the original purchase.
For gift returns exchanged for store credit, a BeEverything gift card will be issued to the gift recipient once the return order is in transit back to us.
